1. Introduction & Consent

If a user is suspected of being under 18, 36kbd will immediately suspend the account and request documents for age verification. If verification fails, the account will be permanently closed and all transactions will be considered void.

4. Deposit Rules

The following rules must be followed when making a deposit on 36kbd:

• Minimum Deposit: BDT 100 (one hundred taka).
• Deposit methods: Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket. No other methods are accepted.
• Deposits are typically credited to your wallet within 2–5 minutes. If there is a delay due to a technical issue, please contact our support team.
• Only deposit from a mobile banking account registered in your own name. Funds sent from another person's account will not be accepted and may not be returned.
• 36kbd does not charge any fees on deposits. However, charges from mobile banking services may apply.

5. Withdrawal Rules

The following 36kbd terms and conditions apply when withdrawing your winnings:

• Minimum Withdrawal: BDT 300 (three hundred taka).
• Maximum Daily Withdrawal: BDT 500,000 (five hundred thousand taka). This limit is higher for VIP members.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a mobile banking account registered in your own name and linked to your registered mobile number.
• To withdraw bonus funds, you must first meet the wagering requirement associated with that bonus.
• Large withdrawals may be held until KYC verification is complete.
• 36kbd reserves the right to review withdrawal requests and may ask for additional documentation if required.

6. Bonus & Promotion Terms

Specific terms and conditions apply to all 36kbd bonuses and promotions:

Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to BDT 500. To withdraw this bonus, you must wager 10x must be wagered.

Reload Bonus

A reload bonus is available on a designated day each week. The wagering requirement for this bonus must typically be completed within 7 days.

Free Bets & Free Spins

Winnings from free bets and free spins are credited to your bonus balance. A wagering requirement must be met before withdrawal.

• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once.
• Bonuses will be automatically cancelled once they expire.
• If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is detected, 36kbd reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.

7. Betting Rules

The following Terms and Conditions apply when placing bets on 36kbd:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the full stake will be refunded.
• If a bet is accepted with incorrect odds due to a technical error, 36kbd reserves the right to void that bet.
• If your internet connection drops during live betting, confirm whether your bet reached the server before placing it again.
• Placing opposing bets on the same event across multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• The maximum bet amount varies by market and is set by 36kbd.
• 36kbd's official data sources are considered final for the purpose of determining results.

Slots & Casino Game Rules

Results in slot games and Live Casino are determined by RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, which is regularly audited by third parties. If a technical issue occurs during any game, that round will be voided and the wager will be refunded.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 36kbd and may result in permanent account closure:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.
• Operating an account using another person's identity.
• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial transactions.
• Placing bets based on match fixing or insider information.
• Attempting to interfere with or hack the platform's security systems.
• Harassing or defrauding other users.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

36kbd may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

1. Violation of terms and conditions.
2. Failure to submit documents during the verification process.
3. Suspicious activity is detected on the account.
4. At the user's own request (self-exclusion).
5. Prolonged inactivity (more than 12 months).

Users will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance before account closure, unless the account is involved in fraudulent activity.
